SPIRITO – GYM CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS TOURNAMENT DATE: MAY 12, 2019
EVENT 1: 50 DAYS TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

Requirements:

    • Click a Photo. Photograph to be clicked with Newspaper to validate the date of submission of the Photo.(Should be submitted online/ offline.)

    • Record your current weight.

    • Record your Measurements.(optional)

    • Register yourself under the specified category.

      • Weight loss

      • Fat loss

      • Muscle Gain

    • Photo on the Last day of Challenge.

EVENT 2: THE STRENGTH EVENT (Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts)

Requirements:

  • Proper Form and Technique should be applied for the lifts.

  • Full Extension with Proper Posture.

  • All kinds of support systems allowed during the lift.

  • Weights for the lifts should be mentioned beforehand.

  • Maximum of TWO lifts will be allowed per person.

  • Rest Time between the Attempts will be allowed (5 mins)

EVENT 3: FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CIRCUIT EVENT (CIRCUIT SEQUENCE)
    • Battle Ropes

      • 45 sec for men

      • 30 sec for women

    • Skippings (100) / Jumping Jacks (100).

    • Deadlifts (10kg x 15 reps)

    • Box Jumps / Squat Jumps (10 reps)

    • Kettle Bells (10 kg x 15)

    • Step ups(20 reps side to side)

    • Suicide runs (3 laps)

EVENT 4: PULL-UPS CHALLENG

Rules:

  • Completed extension of arms( elbow relaxed)

  • Chin should cross the bar

  • Shoulder width Pronated Grip to be used( no other Grip)

EVENT 5: PUSH-UPS CHALLENGE

Rules:

    • Complete Extension of the arms (Elbows Locked)

    • Chest should touch to ground or 2cm above the ground

EVENT 6: SQUATS CHALLENGE

Rules:

    • Should lower to a pre-decided height (Bit lower than 90 degree)

    • Knees locked while Squatting up

EVENT 7: BURPEES CHALLENGE

Rules

    • Chest to Ground and Jump ( Jumping Burpees)

EVENT 8: PLANK CHALLENGE

Rules:

    • No major movement of the hips to relax your core

    • Holding the same position for Maximum time

EVENT 9: TREADMILL TEST

Rules:

    • Cover Maximum Distance in the Span of 10 minutes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    • Photograph should to be clicked with that day’s newspaper.

    • Questionnaire and photo/ video byte to be done while entering the challenge.

    • No Training or Diet Plan will be Prepared or Given by the Club.

    • Personal Training will be provided at Cost.

    • Only General training will be provided by the Floor Trainers.

    • Registration fee is 100/- Per Event.

# Free T-shirt will be Given to all the Participants.

# All winner will receive Medal, Certificate and Cash or Kind Prizes.
